Yes, similar to any other tattoo, eyeliner pigment is injected with a tattoo needle using a tattoo machine made for permanent makeup into the skin of the eyelid.
Nowadays, technology in pigment and advancement in technique. Eyeliner tattoo is sometimes referred to as semi-permanent makeup because unlike body tattoos or “old-school” permanent tattoos, the needle is only depositing ink into the first layer of the skin. This allows the pigment to gradually fade versus turning into an unwanted color. The pigment used for eyeliner is formulated differently and contains less metal content.

We do numb you throughout the procedure. The pain level is normally around 0 to 4 out of 10. This will vary by each individual and your personal tolerance and level of sensitivity. Pain level may increase due to the following:
- Insomnia or lack of sleep for the past few days
- Alcohol in past 48 hours
- Caffeine before the procedure
- On your menstrual cycle
- Alcohol in past 48 hours

- Any blood thinning medications (Aspirin, Niacin, Vitamin E, Advil/ibuprofen, Fish Oil)
- Avoid sun tanning
- Eyelash extensions should be removed 3 days prior

- No botox around the eye area 2 weeks prior
- Eyelash growth serum to be discontinued for at least 3-6 months

No. You will be provided any aftercare to ensure a seamless healing journey.
Touch up is highly recommended to perfect and reinforce. After your initial touch up, you will be good to go for a few years.
Yes, however color and design must fit the new shape. This will be handled case by case. If you have eyeliner tattoo before, please send a photo of your eyeliner before booking.
You will need to book a new appointment as you will be a new client to me. However, you will need to submit a photo of your current eyeliner tattoo for consideration.
